We are searching for a FULL TIME Office Assistant for our community located by the USF Tampa Campus.
- Please do not call property to ask about information regarding this post.
- Candidates will extensive leasing experience should not apply for this position. This is an entry level position with room to grow.

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent (required)
– 1 year customer service experience (preferred, not required)
– Proficient in Microsoft products, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint (required)
– No criminal record (required)
– Reliable transportation (required)
Job duties include but not limited to:
– Tour the community with prospects
– Follow up with prospects to close the lease
– Lease and pre-lease apartments
– Complete and explain lease/renewal paperwork
– Entering data into a computer system
– Walk apartments and community
– Assist with resident relations
– Schedule service/work orders via phone/online
– Answer phones
– Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
– May be asked to travel in between properties located in the Tampa/South Tampa area.
* WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED!!! *
