This role has a variety of duties which include, but are not limited to:

Answering the phone
Dealing with customer enquires
Assist in compliance checking within the required regulations
Creating bookings and invoices
Entering data into various programs
Other administrative duties as required

Skills/Experience:

Solid computer & typing skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional and confident phone manner
High attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Flexibility, reliability and be well presented

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
