Office Assistant – Parrish, FL

We are seeking a full-time office Assistant to work with our Community Manager in running one of the leading Manufactured Home Communities in The State of Florida. In this position you will be working closely with our community Manager, the residents of the community and prospective residents. This is an exciting fast paced office and you will be performing routine office/clerical responsibilities as well as collaborating on new programs and procedures. This is a team-based organization with the goal of exceeding our residents’ expectations.

Requirements
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent math skills
Able to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent People skills – Professional, pleasant, well-spoken and have a professional appearance
Strong customer service skills
Able to work and contribute to a team-based collaborative working environment
Able to maintain confidentiality for clients and business operations
Organized and understands time management principals
Willing to accept and appreciate direction and training
Previous experience with manufactured housing communities or property management a plus
