A growing Blinds & Shutter installation company is seeking to hire a part-time office assistant that can lead to a full-time position. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking professional to fill this role.
Duties Include:
– Provide general administrative and clerical support including (answering phones, scanning, data entry and completing forms).
– Assist with the coordination and schedule of daily appointments.
– Handle customer service issues and respond to requests for information.
– Provide support to existing staff, both in office and in field.
Skills Required:
Intermediate Computer Skills (Microsoft Word and Excel a must)
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Strong Multi-tasking skills
Strong work ethic
Must obtain a VALID driver’s license at all times
Ability to pass background check
