Our busy, client-focused outpatient therapy clinic needs a reliable, well-organized rehabilitation office assistant to support the rehabilitation manager with day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
Role:
- Assist in managing employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
- Call patients to set up and reschedule appointments
- Well versed in insurance terminology and interpretation in discussing this with clients
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with fast-paced environment
- Healthcare background experience preferred
