Our busy, client-focused outpatient therapy clinic needs a reliable, well-organized rehabilitation office assistant to support the rehabilitation manager with day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate.

Role:

  • Assist in managing employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise
  • Call patients to set up and reschedule appointments
  • Well versed in insurance terminology and interpretation in discussing this with clients
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare background experience preferred
