Administrative Assistant Our client was founded in 1957 serving clients in the Clearwater area. Due to office growth we are currently searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant. Duties:

  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience as a Administrative Assistant or Construction office
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office)
  • Must have previous Customer Service experience
  • Must have Basic Math skills
  • Will assist in scheduling jobs, answering office telephone, helping clients in a showroom to pick out shower doors and mirrors
  • Will need to figure out square footage calculations

 Requirements include:

  • High School Dip/ GED 
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Construction office
  • Customer Service experience
  • Must have basic math skills to figure out square footage calculations
  • Must have MS Office experience
  • Will assist in scheduling jobs, answering office telephone, helping clients in a showroom to pick out shower doors and mirrors
