Leading online retailer (www.theporchswingcompany.com) looking for a new full time office assistant to join our organization. We would like to find someone with an entrepreneurial type spirit who can think creatively and analytically to help our company grow. Honesty, integrity, pleasant personality, and a sense of humor is always appreciated as well. We are willing to train the right individual but previous office experience is helpful.

Preferred Experience

6 months to 1-year experience in customer service or technical support.

A plus if you have…

Prior experience using Microsoft Excel.

Primary Responsibilities

– Provide customer service and support to external customers/vendors via phone and e-mail.

– Order fulfillment with vendors. Filling out orders and checking status of orders.

– Use information systems to input data, maintain reports, perform research for projects or issues and generate reports as needed.

– Assist with shipping and inventory.

– Daily office administrative tasks.

– Assist with projects and duties.
