Summary
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude, managing complex schedules; performing planning, logistics, and operational work; and providing comprehensive administrative support to assure the smooth running of a busy office.
Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work. An ideal team member will be able to work well independently but also be flexible enough to be directed at times.Use of computers to write letters. Provide prospective tenants information. Handle all maintenance calls and requests.
Responsibilities:
Proofread documents.
Collect and track confidential electronic documents.
Accurately file and help maintain electronic records.
Generate & send bills.
Handle correspondence, including email, phone, texts, & faxes.
Liaise between management, field staff, and office staff.
Update calendars.
Write brief status reports.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
Self-Motivated and able to work well both independently & as part of a team.
Careful Attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions.
Adaptability.
Ability to learn billing software & procedures.
Familiarity with PDF writing software is a plus.
Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
