We are looking for a positive and energetic individual with solid customer service skills to make the best first impression of our dynamic environment to our clients and visitors. We need an experienced Office Coordinator to provide general office support with a variety of clerical functions, administrative activities and related tasks. He/She will be responsible for managing front office reception, acting as the “Gate Keeper”, with the upbeat, personable attitude of a true Customer Service professional.
The Office Coordinator will answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate associates, distribute mail, order supplies, prepare the office environment for meetings, training sessions and guests. He/She will also handle additional clerical/accounting duties for the executive team.
Preferred Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree and two years of related experience. QuickBooks experience a plus.
This is a full-time position, available immediately, in a progressive, business casual environment. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Full compensation package is commiserate with experience and includes benefits, vacation time and holidays.
