Full Job Description

Full time office manager/assistant property manager position available for portfolio condominium and townhome community association management company located in South Tampa. Seeking a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, highly organized and efficient, knowledge of construction/ maintenance oversight/ project management, comfortable familiarity with Google, Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience in the community association management field sought. Florida “C.A.M.” license not immediately required but an intent to earn will be expected if not currently licensed. Prior experience with “Buildium” property management software a plus. Notary also not immediately required but intent to certify will be expected.
