Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 7 companies’ financial records and data entry
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Provide customer and operations support
- Manage the office staff
- Process financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills

- Experience in service or construction industries preferred
