Our company is currently seeking ​an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.


  • Oversee 7 companies’ financial records and data entry
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Provide customer and operations support
  • Manage the office staff
  • Process financial transactions


  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
