Overview
The Office Manager/Executive Assistant manages a variety of general office activities.This includes managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing presentations and expense reports in addition to managing the daily office operations.

Responsibilities
Please note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
Plans office layout, works with real estate team on office space needs. 
Acts as the Office Building Liaison including managing employees’ building and garage access. Address and report office building and parking issues to landlord.
Develop presentations for meetings using PowerPoint or other appropriate software.  May also prepare reports, spreadsheets and correspondence as directed.
Manage project planning efforts for effective events and activities. Leads event planning efforts as directed.  This includes meetings, networking events, or regional meetings.
Provides clerical and/or executive assistant support as directed.
Schedules activities and makes associated announcements
Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors. Accountable for vendor management.  Manages promotional items acquisitions and accounting for events. 
Type correspondence and e-mails from dictation or hand-written notes.  Proofreads for correct grammar, spelling, etc.
Maintain/update org charts.
Carries out procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Other duties as assigned.
Travel is expected to be nominal in this role.
Qualifications
 2+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite
Diligence and attention to detail
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
