Full Job Description
Imperial Asset Management is a real estate asset management firm. We buy, improve, and rent residential properties for eventual resale.
We are in need of an office manager/ executive assistant for our VP of operations to help run the day to day operations. We are growing and in need of someone that can multi-task, has high energy, and has vast experience in working in an entrepreneurial environment.
You must be a great communicator, thrive under pressure, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. We are looking for for someone with critical thinking ability, and a self-starter that does not need constant direction.
Some of the areas you will be supporting
Office management/facilities management
HR- Placing ads/screen candidates/set appointments for VP of Operations
Sales Support- Creating brochures/helping with marketing
Sending contracts to new customers
Executive assistant duties- Running errands, ordering supplies
Keeping calendar for VP of operations
Locating vendors as needed- Tech, property managers, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft products a must- Word, excel, powerpoint
Must be an excellent communicator, dress professionally, and good at problem-solving.
