Gulf to Bay Builders

Gulf to Bay Builders is looking for an effective bilingual Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager is responsible for all administrative functions related to the company’s construction projects, performance of all facets of administration tasks, data entry, and delivering excellent customer service. The Office Manager will manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

 

Essential Functions

  • Work closely with managers, staff, and superintendents on a variety or administrative tasks.
  • Maintain QuickBooks, process AP and AR, and process weekly payroll.
  • Entering data checking to ensure the accuracy of the data.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
  • Assists in ordering supplies and materials.
  • Updates project list, bid register, and task assignments.
  • Manages human resources responsibilities for the company.

 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to time constraints
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or construction industry experience preferred
  • Two years (2) administrative experience required
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
