A Robert Half client in Tampa is hiring for an Office Manager on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
This position will be responsible for the following:
1. Handles all office administrative tasks such as answering phones, data entry, filing and faxing
2. Assisting with any scheduling and calendar management for 1-2 employees
3. Pays invoices as required and handles vendor follow up and inquiries
4. Light collections, billing and payment posting
5. Other administrative tasks as requiredPosition Requirements:
1. 2+ years of administrative and accounting experience
2. Must be proficient in using accounting software and Office products
3. Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task
4. Highschool diploma required, some college preferred
