The Office Manager is responsible for the coordination of all office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate administrative effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager provides support to the General Manager, Account Managers, and other executive level employees. This position must demonstrate strong managerial, supervisory skills, written, and verbal communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate office communication, including routing phone calls, correspondence, mail, packages, deliveries, and calendars
- Provide Executive support for travel and event/meeting coordination in the Tampa region
- Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Analyze and monitor internal processes
- Organize orientation and traning of new staff meembers regarding office policies, procedures, and equipment
- Implent procedural adn policy changes to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare and monitor office budget
- Edit or compose routine and advance correspondence or reports for senior management
- Ability to effectively negotiate and understand local supplied contracts
- Ensure data is secure and confidential
- Establish procedures and sytems for filing, record keeping and monitor to ensure systems are current
- Manage and approve office supply inventory
- Handle internal and external customer inquires and complaints
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative, and office coordination responsibilities among office staff
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of clerical and data management practices and procedures preferred
- At least 5 years of related office management experience
- High School diploma required, college degree preferred
- College coursework involving accounting, data processing, and administrative management preferred
