Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison for our clients who come in for in-office signings and ensure we deliver then a top-notch experience
- Serve as the liaison to companies’ HQ in Seattle in making sure our new operation in Tampa is running smoothly, including taking on small side projects to ensure the new office is fully functional
- Ensure proper stocking of supplies, place orders, and make sure employees have what they need when they need it
- Maintain communication with clients through the home closing process per their communication preferences
- Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor to the customer that underscores our dedication to delivering a top-notch experience
- Listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to adapt & improve product offering
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-touch communication
- Excellent, apt, and self-aware communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Works well under pressure, and has creative problem solving capabilities
- Extremely thorough and detail oriented– ability to juggle and track multiple closings at once, and follow up on each action item to ensure that no balls are dropped
- Flexible, can-do attitude– willing to pivot, try new ways of doing things, and help us refine our recipe for success
- Builder mentality– excited about playing a role in building and growing a venture-backed startup in hyper-growth mode
