Tax Preparer Wanted

We’re an Enrolled Agent owned and operated professional tax preparation, and tax resolution company located in Clearwater, Florida. Additionally, we provide bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, and business services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 tax seasons preparing individual and business tax returns.
  • At least 1 year of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task and execute tasks within deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and self-driven.
  • Drake tax experience recommended, not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare individual and business tax returns.
  • Ability to follow a simple workflow protocol.
  • Research and identify tax issues, or audit risks.
  • Customer service

Job Types Available: Contract, Seasonal, Off-Season Monthly Recurring Opportunities.
Pay: $125 – $250 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday and Weekend Availability.

In office client interaction is moderate during tax season, and minimum off season. We utilize a client portal for incoming and outgoing information, Google Calendar for appointments, e-mails and front office drop off and pick- up.
