Office Manager for 507 unit Mobile Home Village 55+ lively, active community. Requires high school diploma, work experience 3+ years office or clerical experience. Must be proficient in computer skills. Excel and Access program proficiency is expected. Must be able to answer phones with efficiency and clarity. Part Time position with no additional benefits. Flexible hours 20 hours per week, four hours daily Monday through Friday (could be 10-2, 11-3, noon-4 for example but needs to be consistent).
