Opening is for full-time employment at a multi-faceted real estate company in Clearwater, FL. Pay: $12/hour
Applicant should have following skills:
- Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication/phone skills.
- Computer knowledge: Office 365 and Adobe PDFs. Experience with Real Estate software is a bonus.
- Customer service experience.
Expected Tasks:
Receptionist / Office Administrator
- Routing inbound calls to various personnel in office
- Respond to missed calls and voicemails
- Opening/distributing mail
- Client greeting and hospitality
- Manage office-wide calendar
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Laminating
Transaction Coordinator (property management business)
- Charging credit cards
- Collecting and depositing checks
- Sending receipts and payment reminders
- Finalizing and collecting reservation documents
- Call past due guests and expired reservations
- Respond to customer service emails
Job would require some off-site time, mileage will be reimbursed.
