Real Estate Office Receptionist/Administrator/Transaction Coordinator (Clearwater)
— opening for an experienced full-time office receptionist/administrator for a fast-paced real estate company in Clearwater.
Duties :
- Duties involve answering and routing inbound calls for a busy office
- opening/distributing incoming mail,
- data entry,
- assisting agents, and client hospitality.
The receptionist will help the organization reach its goals through a variety of tasks such as:
- Assisting agents,
- transaction management,
- scheduling appointments,
- ordering and managing office supplies,
- greeting guests,
- event planning and managing an office-wide calendar.
Essential Job Functions/Skills:
- Excellent phone/communication skills.
- Experience with transaction management and/or transaction compliance (preferred but not required.)
- Computer knowledge- Office 365, Adobe, and experience with Real Estate software such as Transaction Desk/ is a bonus.
Multi-tasking.Welcoming/Professional/friendly attitude is a MUST!
Experience:
Experience working in an office setting, especially that of real estate is preferred, but not necessary. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn and to serve others. Real Estate license not necessary. Only qualified applicants need to apply.
