We are seeking a high energy, smart and dedicated receptionist who will provide marketing support for the company and also to a team of professional real estate agents. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with an expanding company. The right candidate should be self-motivated and have excellent office and computer skills , be professional and customer service oriented with a passion for marketing.

The right person for this position will be friendly, outgoing, and full of energy with a strong desire to help and serve others. The role is critical as this person has the most interaction with agents and clients and is the first-person guests see when visiting the office. They are responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, routing calls and general office administration duties, including social media marketing across multiple platforms. This role will also provide marketing assistance to agents as well as the company, with both online and offline marketing strategies and processes.

Ensure the office is neat and prepared for business. The receptionist will greet everyone with a smile and warmth as they enter the office and will be as helpful as possible without neglecting the phones.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls with warmth and friendliness.
Use problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and route calls to correct locations.

Distribute company sales leads appropriately
Coordinate communication between clients, sales associates, and company resources to ensure quality service
Proactively follow-up with customers and sales associates via telephone and email.
Greet everyone with a smile—be positive and cheerful.
Maintain office supplies.
Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
Report all complaints/concerns/issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Maintain appearance of reception area and entire Office.
Assist in Office Events such as training events, holiday events and a variety of other activities throughout the year.

Regular social media promotion.

Create and distribute company promotional messages and campaigns

Facilitate Realtor personal marketing strategies.

Take minutes at company meetings and communicate effectively to company roster.

Design and create marketing materials for online and offline distribution.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
