Office Support Specialist

RE/MAX Realty Unlimited is a full-service, highly successful real estate brokerage.

Our award winning real estate office is seeking a multi-talented, customer service oriented professional to assist in the day to day operations of administrative and client functions. This is a full time, permanent position. Hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5 Major Function Act as “concierge” to the group of agents in the office including performing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input real estate related data into computer system (MLS). • Assist agents in marketing efforts via social media and print campaigns. • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls (Very low call volume). • Greet incoming clients in a highly professional and friendly manner. • Basic accounting duties such as invoice management. • Open office in AM. • Maintain and purchase office supplies. • Keep client areas clean and orderly. • Assist agents in a wide variety of administrative functions. • Perform basic computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications 3 years of responsible experience in administrative and clerical duties. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff as well as outside clients. Demonstrates basic word processing skills to include Word, Excel, etc. High School diploma or equivalency.
