Must have the following in order to apply:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related medical field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of related experience
  • Knowledge of HR Generalist ( 30 + employees )
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of office management
  • Knowledge of Accounting Practices A/R A/P ( QuickBooks )
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Knowledge of payroll data entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description:

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of private sector medical services organizations
  • Managing daily operations, and planning, scheduling the use therapist
  • Procurement and contract management;
  • Ensure building and grounds maintenance
  • Attention to detail, organizational, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills will be used. Conflict management, leadership, team building and time management skills will be used.
  • Duties and Responsibilities often cover several departments, as well as central services that link to all the teams in the organization.
  • Many responsibilities which are diverse and general in nature, such as personnel management, accounting, and administrative services

Days and Hours: Full time position; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm. Complete schedule will be discussed with the applicant

Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour; depends on experience. Benefits are offered.
