Full Job Description
Looking for an onsite manager / handyman for my 14 unit mobile home park. Most of the units are band new and need little to no maintenance. Additionally, I’m remodeling a several of the older units and can easily give someone up to 40 hours per week of work assisting with renovations.
Responsibilities would include: Park management and maintenance as needed, constriction and renovation projects, assisting with turning over units as they become available, and upkeep of the grounds.
An ideal candidate would: Have proficient experience repairing mobile homes, electrical experience, plumbing experience, good with technology, excellent communication.
Compensation: Free rent onsite in a fully remodeled 2 Bedroom 1 Bath 12*55 unit plus hourly compensation for construction work.
