Ideal candidate:
- Must be professional and self-motivated.
- Must have good work ethics: Honest, professional, cheerful disposition, organized, the ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
- Knowledgeable in Word and Excel and have the ability to type.
Bi-lingual preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting potential residents and provide detailed and clear leasing information.
- Show property and vacant apartments.
- Maintain resident and work order files.
- Ensure all renewals are completed, up to date, and in the system.
- Assist resident’s with service requests.
- Responsible for filing, leasing calls, checking the property, and monitoring maintenance personnel to ensure work is being completed correctly and on time.
Background check will be completed.
