Smith & Associates Developer Services Division
The Developer Services Division of Smith & Associates Real Estate specializes in the sale & marketing of luxury, pre-construction condominium & townhome communities. To ensure the highest level of service to our developer clients, eachcommunity maintains an onsite team dedicated to the sale & marketing of these homes.
Our division is looking for motivated & dedicated sales associates to join our team. Position requirements are as follows:
- Sales team works together to provide full-time coverage of sales center open 7 days a week
- Independent contractor status
- Active Florida real estate license in good standing
- Paid by commission
- On-site, new construction sales experience is preferred.
