Crestview Realty Group supports one of Florida’s most successful and fastest growing home building companies. We are looking for a few dynamic individuals with Real Estate Licenses to come and share our great success. We are currently expanding our market area around the Tampa and St. Petersburg area and we are looking to employ on-site sales managers to help us grow. The position offers a great opportunity to earn a six-figure income, based on performance, with tremendous potential for growth. The perfect candidate will have strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of success. We will provide all training and support required to maximize this great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Put the customer at the heart of everything we do
  • Acquire a thorough working knowledge of our homes and communities
  • Pre-qualify prospective home buyers and educate them on all the available financing options
  • Make the buying process as stress-free as possible for all your buyers
  • Compile and update traffic and activity reports
  • Produce competitive analysis reports
  • Develop long-term customer relationships with local Real Estate Brokers and Agents
  • Maintain and cultivate contacts with referral sources
  • Deal fairly, honestly, and respectfully with all your buyers, managers, and fellow team members

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a high-performance sales environment.
  • Proven sales experience with a history of long-term client management, the ability to identify, target and secure key business relationships in addition to identify and measure sales processes and create goals that drive success
  • Advanced selling skills – qualifying prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, strategic selling, conceptual selling, issues-based selling, consultative selling, negotiation and closing contracts
  • Results orientation- must have a strong desire to succeed and with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to seize opportunities
  • Integrity – must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be able to quickly build relationships based on trust
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong emphasis on listening
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to build long-term relationships with customers/partners
  • Resourceful and able to solve problems, make decisions, take ownership and accept accountability
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by business and client demands
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage your own workflow
  • Solid and proven track record of prior success
  • Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new software

30-day Training Period: Salary – $3,000 Monthly

Compensation structure will be revised after training period is completed.
