Job Summary
- Performs grounds patrols and building to maintain order, enforce rules/regular and ensure observance of applicable laws.
- This position is a live on-site nightly coverage
- Assist with guest late check-ins and lock-outs
- Enforce closing hours of pool and patio
- Monitor parking spacing
- Handle guest emergencies
- Document Incidents
- Hours: 6 PM – 9 AM
- Days: 7 Days a week
- Pay: Reduce rent one bedroom apartment on Clearwater Beach (included water, electric and basic cable)
- Possible weekend coverage for additional compensation
Education & Experience:
- High school graduate/GED
- Pass background check
- Valid Drivers’ License/State of Florida
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Use reason and judgment in dealing with different types of people
- Ability to think clearly and react quickly in emergencies
- Must be able to read and understand directions.
- Must be able to communicate with guest/customers to understand needs and convey solutions.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
