We are a premier, family owned and operated, Community Association Management firm with main offices located in Pinellas County. Immediate part-time opening (20 hrs/week) for an experienced Onsite Community Association Manager in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, integrity and strong supervisory experience. Bilingual language skills would be helpful, but not required. The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and be well versed in applicable Florida Statute. Preparation of meeting notices, annual budgets and attendance at day &/or evening meetings as needed.Only those applicants with an active CAM license & experience as a Community Association Manager will be considered. CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation and/or experience managing an onsite community would be a plus!Good salary offered.
