Full Job Description

We are hiring for an onsite house manager/personal assistant located in the Tampa, FL area. This is a part-time position (15 hours per week) and the pay is based on experience.

Following are projects the person would work on:

  • Meet contractors and vendors to show the house and discuss the scope of work for projects to obtain quotes.
  • Oversee and solve issues for landscaping, construction, maintenance and interior renovation projects, and services provided by the pool company, exterminator, cleaning service, etc.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects (i.e., creating inventory of furniture and supplies, run errands, move items to storage unit, supplies shopping or ordering).
  • Make calls on behalf of the owner of the house.
  • This is NOT a requirement and does not need to be included in the responsibilities, however, if needed, would you be able to drive to Miami, FL (4-hour drive) to stay the night and work on similar projects there? If this is an option, how often can you do this (i.e., once a month)?
  • Also, would you be willing to drive to the house in Belleair Beach, FL (45-minute drive)? If this is an option, how often can you do this?

NOTE: If this position is expanded to include occasional work at the Miami and Belleair Beach properties, then the weekly hours would increase.
