Onsite LCAM – Vantage Point Condominiums (Saint Petersburg)

Vantage Point Condominiums Owners Association (North St. Petersburg, FL) and Casa Bella Condominium association (Jacksonville, FL) has an immediate opening for an Onsite Community Manager to manage both condominium communities.

Community Association Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of an HOA community. The Community Manager interacts with internal and external customers including, condominium owners, vendors, contractors, board members, as well as staff within the property.

This is a Full Time Salaried position (Monday – Friday) in North Saint Petersburg, FL.

Responsibilities and Duties

All functions related to managing the condominium properties in accordance with governing documents, including, but not limited to managing all common areas, structural elements of the buildings, grounds keeping, landscaping and interactions with condominium owners, government offices, realtors, tenants.

Collections of the condominium dues on the monthly basis with constant monitoring of delinquent accounts and measures to collect delinquency.

Hiring contractors and vendors based on arm’s length bidding practice and contracts.

Supervise A/R and A/P.

Supervise accounting for all funds with issuing financial reports monthly.

Prepare drafts of annual budgets for Boards of Directors approval.

Organize condominium owners’ annual meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

Associate Degree or higher required.

Must be a LCAM licensed in the state of Florida

Prior management or supervisory experience in managing condominiums is highly desired

Knowledge of financial reports and budgets with mathematical skills required to read, understand, create and analyze balance sheets, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning

Professional customer service skills

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a polished, professional and friendly demeanor

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level with emphasis on Outlook and Excel

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level
