ONSITE LICENSED CAM/PROPERTY MANAGER/ PART TIME – VISTA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION (Indian Rocks Beach)

3-5 years onsite experience. Responsibilities include: payables, receivables, financials, contracts, rule enforcement. Knowledge of Florida Condominium Statues required. Clear understanding of preparation of financial budgeting and reporting. Salary based upon experience. Monday to Friday 8am-12 noon.
