TO OPERATIONS ANALYST – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Position Location: Tampa, FL

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Management 
  • Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities and to track performance on KPIs.
  • Work closely with senior and executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals. 
  • Review workflows and daily processes and the associated data created to seek for opportunity improvements.
  • Able to identify opportunities and trends by reviewing data, but formatted and raw.
  • Create custom reports based on special project needs or for internal or external distribution as needed.
  • Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments.
  • Keep updated on industry and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • Have excellent analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and utilizing formulas and macros. Experience with multiple analytical software/CRM platforms desired.
  • Expert level Excel skillset.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of management levels across multiple verticals.
  • Possess a strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of property management operations desired, but not required.
