TO OPERATIONS ANALYST – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Position Location: Tampa, FL
Responsibilities
- Revenue Management
- Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities and to track performance on KPIs.
- Work closely with senior and executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals.
- Review workflows and daily processes and the associated data created to seek for opportunity improvements.
- Able to identify opportunities and trends by reviewing data, but formatted and raw.
- Create custom reports based on special project needs or for internal or external distribution as needed.
- Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments.
- Keep updated on industry and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Have excellent analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and utilizing formulas and macros. Experience with multiple analytical software/CRM platforms desired.
- Expert level Excel skillset.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of management levels across multiple verticals.
- Possess a strong business acumen.
- Knowledge of property management operations desired, but not required.
