WE ARE IN NEED OF SOMEONE THAT HAS BEEN IN TAMPA A LONG TIME AND HAS LOTS OF BUSINESS CONTACTS, CAN HANDLE ANYTHING THROWN AT THEM, THRIVES IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT, AND LOVES START UP ENVIRONMENTS! IF THIS IS YOU, LET’S TALK!
Imperial Asset Management has recently expanded into the Tampa area appx 6 months ago, and specializes in acquiring single family houses, improving them, and renting for long term appreciation. We currently have a VP or operations, and appx 3 others on board, and are in need of and Operations Coordinator and Executive assistant to help grow our company.
You will be working very closely with our VP or operations to help with all aspects of the business. Our main components that you and our VP of operations will be working on are the following:
Working with various realtors to generate offers on properties we are looking at purchasing.
Finding handymen, contractors to work on our properties and repair as needed.
Helping to find property managers to rent our properties.
Working closely with our VP of operations and helping to find sales people that can market our fund to private investors. Helping to develop strategic relationships with spheres of influence (Investment advisors, insurance sales people, CPA’s bookeepers) that may have clients that would be interested in our program.
Creating powerpoint slides to give to prospective investors.
Helping to create marketing materials for prospective investors. Attending investor presentations with our VP of Operations, being a liason for our investors, and helping to support the growth of our Investment Divison.
Helping to post and screen potential job applicants for VP or Operations.
All additional office/operational support.
Main Requirements:
Great personality, loves talking to people, and loves seeing a company grow immediately with your contributions.
Must be excellent at communications & writing skills.
Must have a deep rolodex of local contacts that can help us to grow.
Good at Powerpoint & putting together presentations. Must be proficient with all microsoft suite of products.
Facilities management
Excellent problem-solver- Loves challenges
Collaborative, and a go-getter
Experience with Real estate or property management a huge plus.
