Essential Responsibilities:

The Property Coordinator manages all administration and communication throughout the full life cycle of a lease match property, from setting up the lease to completing the offboarding process. This role ensures a smooth experience for both the guest and property owner, adhering to deadlines. Additional administrative tasks are required as needed.

Duties will include:

  • Take over new property owner/manager relationships after a deal closes, converting sales notes into actionable tasks.
  • Complete all internal administrative set-up tasks for newly closed lease match deals.
  • Conduct onboarding steps for adding new properties to the Ready Stays portfolio, including paperwork and reservations.
  • Sign new property leases and prepare all lease match rent payments.
  • Register and schedule necessary utility services for new lease set-ups.
  • Schedule contractor and delivery services for new property set-ups.
  • Audit lease match rent and miscellaneous payments monthly, alerting management to any errors.
  • Respond to guest questions and service requests, coordinating with owners/property managers for maintenance.
  • Process and confirm all notices to vacate between Ready Stays and owners/managers.
  • Manage tear-down steps for leases, including furniture pick-up, utility service closures, inspections, and security deposit refunds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
  • Possess a self-starter attitude with good communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 60 words per minute.
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience demonstrating dependability and reliability.
  • Previous experience working in property management or with corporate housing a plus.

Hours:

This is a full-time hourly position. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. Availability to work one Saturday of the month is required.
