The new property manager will enjoy working for one of America’s largest privately held real estate companies, with more than 40 million square feet under management in 38 states.

This position takes in wide-reaching responsibilities for the centers under management, with a focus on property maintenance, tenant work, repair and improvements. The property manager also will interact frequently with retailers, showing space and reviewing leases as needed. Candidate should bring a minimum of five years of multi-site operations experience overseeing retail, office or industrial centers. The firm will also consider professionals with five-plus years in retail or office construction management. The new property manager will possess proven communication and negotiation skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail.
