ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE
- Monitor safety on a daily basis- insure equipment is safely operational and employees are in compliance with safety requirements
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
- Prepare operations schedules and develop manufacturing production plans to insure production activities meet all schedule, cost, efficiency, quality and safety requirements
- Execute the production plan
- Engage staff in identifying and driving programs to reduce costs and increase equipment and process uptime, plant efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to budgets
- Holds authority for manufacturing personnel actions – Maintains consistent area discipline
- Facilitate two-way communication between team members and plant leadership team
- Ensure the completion of employee performance appraisals, administer discipline, and resolve personal situations
- Other duties as required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $88,000.00 – $112,000.00 per year
