Job Description:
Looking for an experienced, full-time Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of real estate brokerage and vacation rental business.
This role is multi-faceted including the following areas of oversight:
- Regular review/reconciliation of financial transactions and providing financial reporting and projections to business owners on a monthly basis.
- Establish operational agenda with owners and managing special projects.
- Human resource management including:
- On-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
- Oversee payroll and benefits processing.
- Managing staff/conducting employee reviews.
The goal is to optimize efficiency of the company’s operations and facilitate business owners’ ability to pursue business development opportunities.
Applicant should have following skills:
- Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication/listening skills.
- Education and experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Computer knowledge: Office 365, in particular Excel spreadsheets. Experience with Quick Books and Real Estate software is a bonus.
Pay: $60,000/year salary
