Job Summary:
- You will apply your professional knowledge and skills to manage, train, recruit, hire and oversee the performance of the property management team.
- You will ensure that all policies, procedures and company systems are being followed and that our company is delivering what we promise to our customers.
- You will review and approve all new contracts (leases and management contracts) and ensures that all necessary documents are properly executed and uploaded into our systems.
- Prepare internal documents for year-end audits.
- Prepare weekly activity reports of key performance indicators for the Broker.
- You will have excellent customer service and communications skills.
- You will have the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities, have attention to detail and to work well under pressure.
- You will have general office duties including faxing, copying, scanning, filing, prepare and send letters and correspondence, visit managed properties through-out the Tampa Bay area.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: $35,000 to $45,000 year, based on skill set.
