Job Summary: The Client services Team will ensure that every client receives the same Red-Carpet Experience.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Elicit monthly reports regarding any unpaid Client invoices
  • Provide strategic insight on growth, oversight, streamlining and other aspects
  • Work with Human Resources Manager and the various Team Leads to ensure proper training on processes and procedures to maximize efficiency
  • Refine and implement efficiency-based processes to ensure speedy work-up and submission of immigration cases.
  • Oversee case flow throughout the firm to ensure cases are moving quickly and efficiently as possible, identify improvements in the chain and refine and train the team on procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Maximize efficiency in all aspects of case preparation and submission and document firm processes
  • Develop and track KPIs for case processing and efficiency
  • Assist in proposing ideas and updating the Operations Manual

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must have Operations and Office Management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Must be positive-minded, and self-motivated
  • Strong Computer Skills (typing, Microsoft Office, DropBox, and Case Management software)
