We are seeking an Operations – Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Underwriting and valuing individual and portfolio real estate assets on an ongoing basis, including:
    • Perform fieldwork, data collection and analysis during due diligence;
    • Conduct on-site due diligence
    • Preparing investment decision models/reports.
  • Assist with the execution of the 100 day/on-boarding plan & value creation plan.
  • Works closely with cross functional teams (sales, finance, marketing) and external parties (owners, brokers and property managers) to assist in executing the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Produce & maintain meticulous records, spreadsheets, reports and scorecards for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying and executing ad hoc special projects to enhance processes and efficiencies of the portfolio and the operations team capabilities
  • Building and maintaining scorecards/KPIs to monitor the ongoing performance of the portfolio
  • Travel >50%
