ReliaQuest is currently seeking an Operations Specialist to perform administrative and office support activities. This is a great opportunity for recent 2018 graduates to gain experience in a dynamic fast paced, growing company. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, greeting and directing visitors, ordering/stocking office & kitchen supplies, and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, introduce and assist visitors at front lobby
  • Keep front lobby and storage areas tidy and organized
  • Give office tours for customers and new hires
  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls
  • Assist HR/Accounting in new hire orientation duties and paperwork
  • Coordinate new hire travel arrangements
  • Decorate employee stations and administer cards for employee birthdays and anniversaries
  • Manage, track and order office and kitchen inventory on weekly basis
  • Order meals for the entire company on a weekly basis
  • Arrange luncheons for meetings as needed
  • Empty office refrigerators weekly
  • Distribute mail to appropriate departments on daily basis
  • FedEx documents as requested
  • Act as liaison between property management requests and ReliaQuest
  • File documents to storage
  • Work with Internal Project manager to coordinator customer and vendor on site visits
  • Maintain an organized merchandise and marketing collateral closet and order more as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Must be self-directed
  • Office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
