Homee, Inc. is a venture backed technology company providing premier on-demand home servicing technology, and we are looking to add to our growing team. The Independent Claims Adjuster will support the operations team with processes and flow which complement the overall operation of claim-related repair and home warranty service for HOMEE’s insurance affiliates. The role will help drive an enhanced customer experience and will be responsible for assisting high-performing teams who successfully deliver on all partnership commitments and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate property maintenance requests with property managers, find the right provider and schedule appointments with tenants
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with team members to respond to tenant or homeowner questions or concerns
- Assist with basic technical questions
- Update property managers on jobs
- Create and edit bids for larger projects
- Provide the highest level of customer care
- Update customers (including Property Managers) current status of jobs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills, ability to learn new applications quickly
- Experience with conflict resolution and troubleshooting quality control issues
- Construction background or knowledge of project management a plus
- Bilingual a plus
