This Sales Specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase and/or sell properties. This team member must be excited to make phone calls to build critical relationships! This candidate must also have exceptional customer service and communication skills. There is certainly room to grow into other positions based on performance and potential.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to persuade potential and current customers to list/buy properties
  • Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
  • Continued product education to better service customer calls
  • Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

  • One or more years of Sales in a high volume fast, paced environment
  • Real Estate experience a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedule
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High standards of professionalism, follow-through, and both written and verbal communication
  • Enthusiastic with customer service skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
  • Ability to self-start and work autonomously
  • Team player
  • GREAT “can-do” attitude
  • Tech-savvy. In love with email, social media, and your smart phone
  • Unwavering ethics.

This is a part time position. Approximately 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $10/hour plus commission structure and benefits.
