BB Hobbs Co is looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative for our Palmetto, FL branch. This position will be responsible for the direct presentation and sale of all product/services to new and existing clients. Successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Sales planning and execution for assigned territory.
- Developing agendas, proposals, and presentations to present the customer.
- Providing sales and support assistance to customers, as well as being a main point of contact.
- Customer relationship building and maintaining.
- Entering customer information and sales data into system.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Requirements and/or preferences:
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in agricultural sales, plant nutrition, or related production field required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Organize and self-motivated.
- MS Office and computer skills required.
