TruGreen customized lawn care and maintenance service is recruiting 15+ Residential Outside Sales Representatives.
Residential Outside Sales Representatives will receive a guaranteed $500 base pay weekly + commission to prospect and generate sales. There’s a two week training requirement candidate will be paid a compensation of $500/week during training period all materials included to learn the essential skills to launch a successful career in sales. Criminal background and substance check are necessary candidate perform duties in residential areas.
Responsibilities:
* Sells programs and services to current and prospective customers through traveling around assigned territory.
* Conducts follow-up of leads and customer retention/service calls through means of telephone and person-to-person contact to identify customer needs.
* Develops customized solutions based on customer needs, using the TruGreen suite of lawn care products and services.
