We need someone who is determined, competitive, a team player, full of integrity and has no problem being on the phone most of the day while also being completely coachable. This person will focus calling on home seller leads whose homes are listed For Sale By Owner or whose homes have failed to sell with another agency. Bonus if the person is tech savvy and has a real estate license!
