Part-time
We are looking for someone to help with pressure washing, outdoor property cleaning with janitorial duties and minor landscaping. The candidate should be able to:
- Work independently and provide on-site exterior pressure washing services on a set and on-demand schedule
- Be the primary customer interface while on site, exhibiting courtesy and professionalism and ensuring all customer issues are addressed
- Utilize mobile technology applications to complete service tickets, monitor timekeeping, submit reports, and manage expenses
- Maintain and report any deficiencies of equipment
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment)
- Must have a flexible schedule to work nights and early mornings (when client serviced locations are typically closed) This is a graveyard position
- Must be able to diagnose and trouble-shoot technical and equipment functions
- Must be able to perform physical maintenance work
- Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment
- Team Player – must interact professionally and work well with the team and customers
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Must have time management skills
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background and DMV record check
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel occasionally
We have an immediate need for part time employees to work early morning, afternoon, evening and weekends. This is not a Monday through Friday 8-5 position.
The duties of this position entail cleaning and closing public restrooms, switching garbage bags if area trash cans are overflowing, pick up the trash on the sidewalks on the main street, be primary contact for any janitorial issues/concerns that arise during your shift.
